Russia and China have agreed on bilateral protocols for the supply of grain to China, the signing of a memorandum on the supply of grain and its products is scheduled for December this year, the Rosselkhoznadzor said.
According to the department, negotiations were held in Moscow between the Rosselkhoznadzor and the Chinese inspection group. “Bilateral protocols for the supply of wheat, rapeseed, soybeans and corn have been developed and agreed upon. In December of this year, it is planned to sign a Russian-Chinese memorandum on the supply of grain and its products to China," the message says.
In October, Rosselkhoznadzor reported that the Russian Federation and China planned to sign protocols on phytosanitary requirements for wheat, corn, rice, soybeans and rapeseed by the end of 2015, paving the way for grain exports from Russia.
