As of April 13, agrarians of the southern regions of Kazakhstan completed the sowing of grain by 64.4%

Today, April 13, according to the report of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the southern regions of Kazakhstan, 64.4% of the area is sown with cereals — 267.9 thousand hectares.

Let us recall, as Kazakh-Zerno news agency informed earlier, today spring field work is being carried out in four Kazakhstani regions. These are Almaty, Zhambyl, Kyzylorda and South Kazakhstan regions.

Oil crops in these regions are located on 118.1 thousand hectares, which is 35.2% of the planned areas. Farmers sowed 89.3 thousand hectares with perennial grasses - 78.8%.
